Refunds may be approved if:

• You had technical issues, and we could not resolve them, OR
• You accidentally purchased twice, OR
• You purchased and did not start/meaningfully access the course (case-by-case)

Non-refundable situations may include:

• The course has already been completed, OR
• A large portion of the course has already been accessed

OSHA Compliance Notice:
This online course covers classroom-style instruction. OSHA also requires hands-on training and a performance evaluation by an employer or qualified trainer before operating a forklift independently.
