Forklift Ready Services, doing business as ForkliftReady (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides an online forklift safety training course (“Course”). By purchasing, accessing, or using our website or Course, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Online Training Only
The Course is a digital, online training program delivered remotely.
No in-person instruction, hands-on operation, equipment training, or workplace evaluation is included with this purchase.

Your one-time payment (currently $59.99 unless otherwise stated) includes access to:

- Training materials and content
- Final quiz
- Course completion status upon passing
- A downloadable certificate PDF reflecting course completion

Service availability may vary depending on user access and internet connectivity.
ForkliftReady provides online training services accessible throughout the United States.
You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local workplace requirements in your specific location.
4. Discounts and Promotions
We may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, or special pricing (including military discounts) at our discretion.

5. Completion Requirements
Course completion status and access to your certificate are provided only after:

Forklift Ready Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the website or Course.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.
