Q: Is this course 100% online?
A: Yes. You can complete the online training anytime from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Q: How long does the course take?

Q: Do I have to finish in one sitting?

Q: What do I receive when I pass?
A: After you pass the final quiz, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion you can download and save.
Q: Does this replace hands-on forklift training? / Does this certificate allow an employee to operate a forklift?
A: No. Online training is one part of OSHA compliance. Employers must also conduct hands-on evaluation and site-specific training prior to allowing forklift operation.
Q: Can someone with a felony or criminal record take the course?
A: Yes. Anyone can purchase and complete the Forklift Ready online training. However, employment eligibility is decided by the employer, and some companies may run background checks or apply additional requirements.

Q: Is Forklift Ready certificates OSHA compliant?
A: Yes. Forklift Ready provides training in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178 requirements for powered industrial truck operator training.

- After an accident, near miss, or unsafe operation

A: Yes. Forklift Ready certificates are accepted by employers nationwide when combined with required hands-on evaluation.
